Was sold a 225e that was meant to have folding and heated mirrors... BMW Centre great at resolving, swapping for a new 220i. Just one of those things. I don't think anyone's fault - just peception every decent car these days comes with that standard.

The staff were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. They arranged a taxi to take me home and pick me up the next day as they needed my car overnight. They kept in touch to let me know what was happening and were really friendly as they did so!

Service team weren't the friendliest when I droppped my car off in the morning however the lady I think kacey her name was when I picked my car up was much nicer and understanding. Every time I call the branch it's always a rude response.

Work was carried out as requested and agreed and was swift and on schedule. One issue to mention.... if you offer the client a complimentary car wash, please wash the whole car.......!!!!

The one criticism I have is the parking at Lookers there seems to be only customer parking for electric vehicles the signage is not clear and the car park is always full and spaces are tight to park in

Arrived for service, no where to park car. Found spot at back, car valet aggressively revved engine at me. Salesman told me to park where customers walking around, scared car would be scratched. No drinks, milk or TV on. It got worse . .

Sent my car in for a service, MOT and to have a tracker removed. Model BMW330e - DX21 OPH I thought the cost was excessive to remove the tracker - £155 / hr labour. I also asked for the car to be cleaned and vacuumed - not vacuumed.

Still don't know what was actually wrong with the vehicle. I had to chase to see if it was ready. When I picked it up they were all too busy having a chat while I stood there. Charging cable wasn't put back. Car wasn't cleaned. Really poor service.
