Good communication throughout and we were listened to and all questions answered. From the first moment we were there we were asked if we wanted any help and were offered a test drive. Plus every time we popped in, we were offered fab tasting coffee.

Very attentive leading up to the deal, less so between deal closing & car collection. Not allowing third party lenders (i.e. bank) to pay for the car was inconvenient for me & will be very difficult for others. No explanation of service package!

It was probably a bit over the top. I had a 'while you wait appointment' but it took 2.5 hrs to pressure test my car's headlamps. Along the way I was informed that my brakes and tyres were good, nice, but I only needed my head lamps checking.
