When I came to collect the car, everything was perfectly prepared. The handover was smooth, professional, and I felt really looked after.

Customer service was excellent. Communication from initial contact to driving away was smooth. Follow up call after a week highlighted the staff commitment to customer car. Bouquet of flowers was a lovely touch. Big thanks to Lauren and Dan.

Great service. Only criticism is I was asked to bring vehicle at 8am - 9am but vehicle wasn't worked on until 8:45. Appreciate why this is the case but would have rather been told by BMW online if more realistic appointment time.

Tried to 'sell' me a brand new tyre at £180 when a puncture repair in an obviously repairable areas was all that was needed. Apathetic about my plight whereby I manged to leave my charging cable attached to the charging point at the last service.

Overall happy, great communication and the work appears to have been completed to a good standard. Only note was that the car wash was not great afterwards, only half my roof was cleaned and the front had loads of water marks!

The service was great. We had some freebies that was also a nice bonus such as a mug and some air fresheners. My only niggle was it was offered twice about a complementary wash and vac and if I'm honest, it wasn't of a good standard.

I took my car, that I purchased two weeks earlier, in because of a squeal when braking at low speeds. The service assisatnt told me when I collected the car that there was nothing they could do about the noise and that it is considered normal.

Service desk assistants are friendly and efficient. Yet poor communication within the whole team. At collection the car hadn't been washed as promised. Another delay to get this done. A ?mechanics sandwich wrapping was discarded in passenger door.

The vehicle which I was going to collect was 3 hours delayed from the agreed time. When the vehicle was finally ready, it was obvious that it had not gone through the standard checks. The vehicle was dirty in certain places, had scratches and scuffs.
