.We booked the car in and were given a 2 hour timeslot for the work to be completed. We were telephoned during this time to say that the car was ready. Very prompt efficient service and the car was also given a complimentary jet wash.

The vehicle's service was good, liked being sent an inspection video. Car came back without being cleaned which, while not a service, you'd expect from a higher class brand like BMW. Concerning when VW is better, especially customer service wise.
