As noted previously, we prefer to use this dealership even though its a 35 mile drive from Derby to Stafford. The local dealers do not provide the same level of personal service and friendly atmosphere.

Wasted initial visit. Arrived as agreed. Part not on site to had to re attend. Car washed and vac'd. there was not one clean panel on the car. I had to wash it once home as it looked terrible.

The technician sent a video of the car, the health check revealed some things may need changing, I wasn't offered any additional info on these or a price to get them fixed on collection of the car from the service advisor.

Disappointed with the vehicle health check as the feeling was a tyre with 4mm tread depth was quoted for replacing . The legal limit is 1.6 mm , so there was no need to report on it .
