Very attentive leading up to the deal, less so between deal closing & car collection. Not allowing third party lenders (i.e. bank) to pay for the car was inconvenient for me & will be very difficult for others. No explanation of service package!

It was probably a bit over the top. I had a 'while you wait appointment' but it took 2.5 hrs to pressure test my car's headlamps. Along the way I was informed that my brakes and tyres were good, nice, but I only needed my head lamps checking.

All in all it was a good experience. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Downside was that there was no courtesy car as promised, but a taxi was arranged. There was a complementary wash/valet offered but was not done.

The Centre has always been very helpful and professional, Not all issues get fixed but that is the nature of BMW electronics. The ladies on the Centre are amazing shame the car isn't. Even the curtesy car had electrical issues. The dash failed.
