My key was damaged while at the location but because I cannot prove it BMW has taken no ownership. In my opinion it must have happened while on site as the middle locking button was missing which I use to lock the vehicle. I would have noticed.

Parking at Stafford was extremely difficult. I wear hearing aids and the service reception was so noisy I couldn't hear the staff very well. Fortunately my husband was with me to tell me what they were saying.
