Sent my car in for a service, MOT and to have a tracker removed. Model BMW330e - DX21 OPH I thought the cost was excessive to remove the tracker - £155 / hr labour. I also asked for the car to be cleaned and vacuumed - not vacuumed.

Was asked if I would like complimentary vehicle wash answered yes but my car was not washed, nearly £900 bill for a service mot tyre and battery seemed a lot
